**Capital Broadcasting to Develop Mixed-Use Complex in Holly Springs Overlooking Ting Stadium**

Capital Broadcasting Company (CBC), based in Raleigh, is planning a new mixed-use development in Holly Springs, North Carolina. The project, led by a CBC affiliate, will include a 237-unit apartment complex along with 15,000 square feet of retail space. Located on Main Street, the site is directly across from Ting Park, home of the Holly Springs Salamanders baseball team, which is owned and operated by CBC.

The development, known as Overlook on Main, will feature two five-story residential buildings and a separate single-story retail building situated at 1220 North Main Street. The apartment units will offer a range of one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts, and community amenities will include a swimming pool, grilling area, club room, dog park, playground, fitness center, and a sky lounge.

The retail component of the project will accommodate four to five tenants and feature a rooftop space, which is expected to host a food and beverage business. Plans indicate that the rooftop will offer views of baseball games at Ting Stadium, creating a unique experience for patrons.

Construction is projected to begin in early 2026, with initial residential units expected to be completed and available by the end of 2027.
