Marcus & Millichap Facilitates Sale of Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Prospect Heights, IL
Marcus & Millichap has successfully completed the sale of the Holiday Inn Express & Suites located in Prospect Heights, Illinois. The five-story, 108-room hotel is situated at 600 N. Milwaukee Avenue and offers prominent visibility and convenient access along U.S. Route 45.
“This deal came together swiftly thanks to the buyer’s established relationship with their lender, which streamlined financing and allowed for an efficient closing process,” said Ebrahim Valliani, Managing Director of Investments. Valliani, who is an investment specialist at Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, exclusively marketed the property on behalf of the seller and secured the buyer, both of which are private investor groups.
