Commonwealth Financial Network, a nationwide registered investment advisor (RIA), has recently signed a lease for 151,765 square feet of space at 275 Wyman St., an office building owned by Hobb Brook Real Estate in Waltham, MA. The company plans to use this new space for its office operations starting in the first quarter of 2026.
This five-story building is part of Hobbs Brook’s larger Waltham Campus, which includes a total of 2.2 million square feet and thirteen buildings. Peter Gottlieb, president and CEO of Hobbs Brook expressed excitement about welcoming Commonwealth to their continuously growing campus that attracts top companies in various industries due to its amenities and location.
CBRE represented Hobbs Brook during the leasing negotiations while Newmark represented Commonwealth Financial Network.
