GlossGenius, a financial technology company that specializes in spa and salon software, has recently signed a lease for 13,619 square feet of office space at 838 Broadway. The building is owned by ZG Capital Partners and has undergone a full renovation.
Originally built in 1876 by Stephen Decatur Hatch on the site of President Theodore Roosevelt’s great-great uncle James T. Roosevelt’s home, the landmarked property now boasts modern amenities and design elements thanks to architecture firm Spectorgroup’s gut renovation.
