Brennan Investment Group, a Chicago-based private real estate investment firm, has appointed Larry DiVito as Senior Vice President of Development. With over 30 years of experience in the field, DiVito will focus primarily on preconstruction and entitlement work alongside SVP Bob Klinger to integrate all phases of Brennan’s development projects.
DiVito’s background includes providing consulting services for various real estate groups in recent years and serving as SVP for Draper and Kramer where he managed multi-family projects and build-to-suit retail developments. He also co-founded Wellington Partners – a company specializing in midrise mixed use developments – where he served as Managing Partner for more than 15 years.
