Wingspan Development Group, a national real estate development firm active in mixed-use and multifamily properties, has hired John Sclafini as their fund and investor relations manager. His focus will be on institutional investors and investment advisors. Through WDG Finance LLC based in Mt. Prospect, IL, Wingspan has raised millions of dollars to fuel its continued development; Sclafini’s role is to help the company access a nationwide network of investors interested in directly investing in multifamily, mixed-use and industrial properties.
Sclafini will work alongside Todd Younger who serves as Wingspan’s fund and investor relations manager primarily targeting individual investors & family offices for asset raising purposes. Previously he worked at First Trust located Wheaton IL where his main focus was RIA & institutional clients providing ETFs & SMAs products; prior to that he served as financial analyst with Merrill Lynch followed by floor trader for CME Group .
