NAI Hiffman, a real estate firm, recently helped Remedy Medical Properties secure a new tenant for the Salt Creek Medical Campus in Chicago’s western suburbs. The 2,330-square-foot lease at 12 Salt Creek Lane in Hinsdale, Ill., was signed by Bloom Plastic Surgery after NAI Hiffman proposed converting a long-vacant general office suite into modern clinical space.
The newly occupied space had been vacant for over ten years under previous ownership before Remedy acquired the building – one of four in the Salt Creek complex – last year. To convert it to medical use, extensive renovations were necessary including constructing exam rooms with detailed millwork and plumbing. These renovations were completed by September and Bloom is now seeing patients at their new location.
With this lease agreement, occupancy at 12 Salt Creek Lane has risen to 86%. Joey Carr from Carr Realty Advisors represented Bloom Plastic Surgery during negotiations. This successful transaction highlights NAI Hiffman’s expertise and commitment to securing quality tenants for their clients’ properties.
