Hines is introducing a new digital platform to enhance the workplace experience and provide insight into building utilization, client satisfaction, and more. This fall, eight buildings across five cities will be part of the initial launch – including Salesforce Tower in downtown Chicago – with plans to add additional locations across Hines’ global portfolio.
The digital ecosystem allows users to access buildings via mobile smartphone pass; book meeting and event spaces; order food at cafes or restaurants; reserve on-site fitness classes; and more through an app developed by Hines. It also provides clients and investors with a dashboard featuring insights such as occupancy data, employee satisfaction surveys, ESG metrics – all centered around employee experience.
This innovative technology promises improved convenience for users while providing valuable information about building performance that can help inform decisions related to investments or operations management going forward.
