**M2G Ventures Acquires 740,000-SF Inwood Design Center in Dallas**

M2G Ventures has acquired Inwood Design Center, a 14-building, 740,000-square-foot mixed-use asset in Dallas that includes retail, showroom, and light industrial space. The property was previously owned by Hines.

According to Commercial Edge, Hines purchased the campus in 2019 from Vantage Cos. with plans to reposition the property through extensive renovations, including upgrades to the building facades, signage, lighting, and landscaping. In 2021, the park became subject to a $44 million loan issued by AIG, with a maturity date set for 2027.

M2G Ventures intends to continue improving the property. The buildings, originally constructed between 1961 and 1978, were 93% leased at the time of the acquisition. Current tenants include furniture retailer Crate & Barrel, logistics company White Glove Storage and Delivery, and 3PL firm Granimport USA.

Situated on 38 acres at 1110 Inwood Road, the infill mixed-use property is strategically located less than five miles from downtown Dallas and approximately 15 miles southeast of Dallas Fort Worth International Airport.
