**Hines Unveils Meadowlark at Wildflower Ranch in Justin, Texas**
Hines has announced Meadowlark at Wildflower Ranch, a new collection of 129 single-family rental homes located within the 1,100-acre Wildflower Ranch master-planned community in Justin, Texas. The first homes are expected to be available later this month.
Meadowlark at Wildflower Ranch features three-bedroom homes ranging from 1,600 to 2,066 square feet, with rents starting at approximately $2,595 per month. Built by William Ryan Homes, each residence includes a private grass yard, private driveway, and a two-car garage equipped with electric vehicle-ready outlets. Homes also include state-of-the-art smart home technology, managed through a Rently-integrated app for convenient remote access.
Residents will have full access to Wildflower Ranch’s community amenities, which include a resort-style lazy river, over four miles of outdoor trails, a custom playground, a dedicated dog park, and a community pavilion with an event lawn. The expansive development is owned by Starwood Land.
The first 30 homes in Meadowlark at Wildflower Ranch are scheduled for delivery in late August 2025, with completion of all 129 homes anticipated by the second quarter of 2026.
