Downtown Glendale, Arizona will soon be home to Hilton’s first LivSmart Studios. This new addition to Hilton’s portfolio of 24 world-class brands will provide lodging for overnight conferences and events at the Civic Center, as well as serve as a hospitality option for the Sports & Entertainment District.
The Glendale City Council has approved a ground lease agreement with developer CivicGroup for a 28,000-square-foot property located at 7120-7128 N. 57th Ave in downtown Glendale. The hotel will have 90 studio apartment-style suites and offer amenities such as a fitness center and laundry facility.
CivicGroup, an Arizona-based company with experience developing over 200 branded hotels, is managing construction of this project led by Antonia Botero.
