**Hilton Hotel Joins Cannon Beach Lineup in Mesa**
The wave park at Cannon Beach in Mesa has been open for just nine months, but the surrounding development is quickly filling up with commercial tenants.
According to the Phoenix Business Journal, 85% of the 500,000-square-foot mixed-use development has already been leased. Since February, several new businesses have committed to the $310 million Cannon Beach project. These include George’s Sport Grill, Lenny’s Burgers, Cider Corps, Mini City, and Twisted Sugar.
One of the most significant additions is a Hilton hotel from the Tapestry Collection. The four-story hotel will include a private entrance directly to the adjacent Revel Surf wave park. Upon completion, the Tapestry Collection by Hilton will feature 155 rooms and offer views of the surfing lagoon.
This hotel is one of two planned for Cannon Beach. The second property, the Aloft Hotel by Marriott, is expected to provide 150 rooms.
Currently, about 45,000 square feet of restaurant space is under construction at the site, with only two restaurant spaces still available for lease.
