On August 14, Hilco Real Estate Sales announced the bid deadline for the sale of 700 on Sheridan in Highwood, IL. This former hotel has been transformed into a housing facility located along Chicago’s North Shore. Originally built in 1971 as a Ramada Inn, the property has since undergone extensive renovations.
The current facility offers a total of 105 units: consisting of 95 studio apartments with an average size of 316 square feet and ten one-bedroom units ranging from632 to720 square feet. Additionally, there is also a newly constructed commercial space measuring at20,000 square feet which can be utilized for various purposes such as grocery operations or hosting events and conferences.
