As HRE enters the second quarter of 2025, the firm is managing over 110 active assignments nationwide. These projects encompass more than 7.6 million square feet of office space and more than 6,300 multifamily units. With the market for distressed and transitional properties expanding, HRE continues to invest in top-tier talent to meet increasing demand.
