Highline Hospitality Partners has acquired the 510-room Hilton Atlanta Airport for $111.3 million in a deal with Wheelock Street Capital, which originally purchased the property for $101 million in 2019. As part of the acquisition, Highline secured nearly $67 million in financing from Equitable Financial Life Insurance Co.

Located on 10 acres in Hapeville, Georgia, the hotel offers 40,000 square feet of meeting space, a full-service restaurant, two swimming pools, and a dedicated airport shuttle service.

Looking ahead, Highline plans to undertake strategic renovations to increase the property’s appeal among corporate travelers and leisure guests. In a statement, the company said it aims to “enhance and solidify the hotel’s competitive positioning in the market.” The property will be managed by HEI Hotels & Resorts.

This marks Highline’s second hotel property in the Atlanta market and its 15th hotel investment overall. The firm also owns the Sheraton Suites Galleria in Cobb County through a partnership with Paceline Equity Partners.
