A brand new indoor pickleball and golf club, spanning 23,000 square feet, is set to open in Chicago’s North Shore later this year. DINX Social Club, a local company represented by Cushman & Wakefield, has secured its first location at 1931 Skokie Valley Road in Highland Park.
The upscale DINX Social Club will feature six regulation-sized pickleball courts and three immersive golf simulators. According to founder David Sloane, the club aims to cater to both the thriving golf community on the North Shore as well as the growing popularity of Pickleball across America.
Chris Bobowski from Cushman & Wakefield also commented on their choice of location: “After considering various options throughout Chicago’s northern suburbs, we found that Highland Park was an ideal fit for our client.” The new facility will be located at Park Avenue Centre – owned by Kensington Development Partners – providing easy access via U.S. Highway 41.
