High Street Residential, the multifamily housing subsidiary of Trammell Crow Co. based in Dallas, has recently completed a $11.5 million all-cash transaction for 4 acres of land located at 5005 Perimeter Blvd in Brookhaven. According to reports from the Atlanta Business Chronicle, High Street intends to develop approximately 350 apartments on this prime location at the intersection of Perimeter Center Parkway and Lake Hearn Drive.
The development will consist of a seven-story building and will be the first residential component within Perimeter Summit’s mixed-use complex which already includes four office towers and a Hyatt Regency Hotel.
Despite not having secured financing yet, High Street plans to commence construction in November with an expertly designed project that is sure to add value to Brookhaven’s rental market.
