High Street Residential (HSR), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, has secured a retail tenant for its newest development in Los Angeles, Vivo on Harbor. The community is located in San Pedro’s Waterfront Arts District and is set to open to residents in late 2024. Colossus will serve as the signature retail tenant with a storefront at the corner of West 5th Street and South Harbor Boulevard opening this fall.
According to Alex Valente, principal at HSR Los Angeles, “We are thrilled to have a beloved local business join us as our first retail tenant at Vivo on Harbor. This brand-new community will begin leasing later this summer and we believe that Colossus’ new location will be an incredible amenity for both our future residents and the San Pedro community.” With two existing locations already established in San Pedro, Colossus’ third outpost will offer a world-class bakery, restaurant and café concept featuring baked goods/pastries, coffee/tea options along with pizza/wine/beer selections.
Vivo on Harbor is situated at 511 S. Harbor Blvd., rising eight stories high with 137 waterfront apartments including sixteen affordable units available. Residents can enjoy various amenities such as an indoor/outdoor rooftop clubhouse complete with BBQ grills/firepit; co-working space overlooking water on third floor; courtyard deck located on fourth floor; fitness center; pet spa services along with onsite vehicle/bicycle parking options.
