High Street Residential (HSR), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, has secured a retail tenant for its latest development in the Greater St. Louis area. The James in Kirkwood, Missouri will welcome Napoli Group as its sixth location, known for their wood/coal-fired pizza.
Located at 436 N Kirkwood Road, the restaurant will occupy 4,684 square feet on the ground floor and boast a 1,000-square-foot outdoor patio. Set to open during Q4 of 2024,the James opened earlier this year and offers a variety of studio to three-bedroom apartments with one- and two-bedroom options available. Residents can enjoy amenities such as a club room,private dining area,and fitness club complete with yoga studio.Leasing and management services are provided by Greystar.
