High Street Residential, the residential division of Trammell Crow Company, has recently started pre-leasing at Vivo on Harbor in the San Pedro Waterfront Arts District. The development is expected to welcome its first residents this November and offers 137 waterfront units. It is conveniently located at the entrance to the Port of Los Angeles.
According to Alex Valente, principal at High Street Residential’s Los Angeles office, they are excited about launching pre-leasing for Vivo on Harbor as it will play a significant role in shaping and enhancing the San Pedro community by bringing together both new and existing residents. He also mentioned that people living in San Pedro are dedicated to preserving its vibrant culture and providing a coastal community with various amenities.
