High Street Residential, the residential division of Trammell Crow Company, has joined forces with Geolo Capital to collaborate with ArtLifting on an exciting new project. This initiative aims to showcase and support underrepresented artists while enhancing the local community. Situated at 3260 SE Milwaukie Ave., in Portland’s Brooklyn neighborhood, The Frankie is a five-story complex consisting of 120 units that were completed in August.
