High Street Residential Launches New Project in Portland

High Street Residential, the residential division of Trammell Crow Company, has joined forces with Geolo Capital to collaborate with ArtLifting on an exciting new project. The Frankie, a multifamily development in southeast Portland, Oregon, will feature unique art installations as part of its design.

This initiative aims to showcase and support underrepresented artists while enhancing the local community. Situated at 3260 SE Milwaukie Ave., in Portland’s Brooklyn neighborhood, The Frankie is a five-story complex consisting of 120 units that were completed in August.

The property offers studio apartments as well as one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from 443 square feet to 1,518 sq. ft. Each unit boasts modern tile accents and quartz countertops along with convenient amenities such as in-unit washers & dryers and walk-in closets. Residents can also enjoy various community features including a fitness center for staying active or an outdoor BBQ area for socializing with friends and neighbors. Additionally,the speakeasy tenant lounge provides a unique space for relaxation while bike storage makes it easy for residents to explore the surrounding area.

Leasing and management services will be provided by Greystar at this impressive property which showcases artwork from several members of ArtLifting’s artist community including U.S veteran Yvette,Lindsey Holcomb,Danali Brooke,Lisa Murphy,and Laural Hartman who are all based locally or across other parts of America like Boston-based Lisa Murphyand Rochester-based Laural Hartman.This collaboration between High Street Residential,Trammell Crow Company,and Geolo Capital is sureto deliver an exceptional living experience at The FrankieinPortland.
