High Street Residential (HSR), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company, has begun construction on One Meadow Glen, a new residential community in Millbrae. This marks the first multifamily project to start in this Bay Area city since the pandemic began. The six-story development will feature 278 apartments, including 26 affordable units, and 17,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Completion is expected by Q2 of 2027.
One Meadow Glen is located at 959 El Camino Real in downtown Millbrae and is situated next to various retailers such as Trader Joe’s, Safeway, Starbucks and several neighborhood restaurants and cafes. HSR purchased the land from Bay Properties Inc., who will retain a retail interest in the property.
