**High Street Residential Delivers Rone Residences Near Houston’s River Oaks**
High Street Residential has completed the Rone Residences, a new luxury multifamily development near Houston’s River Oaks and Upper Kirby neighborhood. Residents have already begun moving into the high-end apartment community.
Located at 2311 Westheimer Road, Rone Residences comprises 209 apartments and approximately 2,900 square feet of retail space. The development boasts a range of upscale amenities including four levels of parking, a 24/7 concierge desk, a fitness center, a tenant lounge, a dog run, and an outdoor pool featuring a cold plunge and hot tub. Apartment sizes range from approximately 890 square feet to 2,200 square feet, catering to a variety of resident preferences.
Hoar served as the general contractor for the project and incorporated advanced technology in the construction process, utilizing an AI-powered drone to scan the complex’s fourth floor for quality assurance.
