High Street Residential (HSR), the residential branch of Trammell Crow Company, has recently begun construction on the Residences at Perimeter Summit. This new mid-rise multifamily community, located in Brookhaven, Georgia, will consist of seven stories and 350 units. HSR acquired the property for $11.5 million at 1251 Perimeter Summit Parkway as part of their larger development project within Perimeter Summit.
Perimeter Summit is a mixed-use community that includes four office and retail buildings totaling 1.7 million square feet, a hotel with 182 rooms, and a condominium building. The Residences at Perimeter Summit will offer units ranging from approximately 900 to over 1,400 square feet in size with select units featuring private balconies.
In addition to spacious living spaces and modern design features throughout each unit,the development will also feature luxurious amenities such as an elevated pool area,g three expansive courtyards,a speakeasy lounge spanning over ,200 square feet,a fitness center,a clubroom,coworking space,private conference/study rooms,tasting room,pet spa,and golf simulator.
Leading the design for this project is Cooper Carry while New South Construction has been selected to provide construction services for this exciting new development by High Street Residential.
