**Hotel-Residential High-Rise Planned for Uptown Dallas**
Proper Hospitality and Lincoln Property Company are partnering on a new 34-story tower in Uptown Dallas that will feature both hotel and residential components. The project, named Dallas Proper Hotel & Residences, will include 200 hotel rooms and 80 luxury residences located on the upper floors.
Located on a four-acre site just off Cedar Springs Road, the mixed-use development will offer a range of amenities. These include a 15,000-square-foot wellness center, a private rooftop pool for residents, a dining terrace, and a dedicated lounge. Additionally, the tower will be home to an exclusive members-only Proper Club. Spanning 6,000 square feet, the club will feature a restaurant, pool, bar, lounge, and co-working spaces.
Construction is scheduled to begin in 2026, with project completion expected in 2029.
Proper Hospitality currently operates high-end hotels in Austin, Santa Monica, Downtown Los Angeles, and San Francisco. The company also manages Avalon Hotels, a boutique hotel brand under the Proper Hotels portfolio.
The design for the Dallas tower will be led by renowned architectural firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill. Lincoln Property Company acquired the site for the development in March 2024.
