High Point, NC Industrial Park Developed by JV – 185 Acres

Keith Corporation and IDM Ventures have formed a joint venture to develop South Point Commerce Center, an eight-building build-to-suit industrial park located in High Point, NC. Spanning 185 acres, the new park will include buildings ranging from 73,500 square feet to 342,000 square feet with rear load configuration and ample parking. Parcels can be combined for a cross dock building of 600,000+ square feet or more.
JLL Senior Managing Director Spencer Yorke along with Executive Vice President Al Williams and Vice President Jay Hill are marketing and leasing the property.
Yorke commented on the project stating “There are few sites in such a prominent location that offer users of all types large scale space opportunities like those available at South Point Commerce Center.” He continued by noting “As demand from industries such as automotive continues to grow within this region we’re confident our team can successfully market its unique advantages to tenants.”
