Hiffman National, a leading national property management firm, has been selected by BLK IL Tower LLC to oversee the management of Oakbrook Terrace Tower in Illinois. Designed by renowned architect Helmut Jahn, this 792,000-square-foot office building is the tallest outside of Chicago.
With a 75% occupancy rate and major tenants such as Bosch, Hiffman National will provide comprehensive property management services for the 31-story tower. Senior Vice President Carrie Szarzynski and Portfolio Manager Heather Battaglia will lead on-site operations with support from six members of the previous management team.
