MG Developer, in partnership with Baron Property Group, has unveiled plans for the Hialeah Metro Center. This ambitious development will feature nearly 2.3 million square feet of upscale apartments and retail space.
MG Developer is collaborating closely with the city of Hialeah to create a modern transit-oriented community in its urban core. The project will offer 1,600 attainable contemporary apartments within walking distance of the Metrorail and Tri-Rail Transfer Station. Construction on 559-unit Metro Parc began in 2022; 620 units at Metro Parc North are expected to be completed by 2026; while 347 units at 954 & 934 E 25th Street’s Metro Parc South are slated for completion by 2027.
When complete, this landmark development will include over 35,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space suitable for restaurants, cafes, boutique shops and health & fitness outlets alike..
