Herndon Capital's First Acquisition in San Diego

Walker & Dunlop recently completed the sale of Pacific Cove, an 81-unit apartment community in San Diego for $18.25 million. The buyer, Herndon Capital Partners, made their first acquisition in the city with this deal.

Leading the transaction was Walker & Dunlop’s Investment Sales team headed by Hunter Combs who represented both Herndon Capital Partners and seller Constellation Realty Management. Over the past three years, this team has successfully closed numerous multifamily deals in San Diego including a recent $174-million sale in Vista.

Pacific Cove is located at 4025 Oakcrest Dr., and underwent a full renovation last year. The property offers studio, one-, and two-bedroom units and boasts a prime location within Mid-City with easy access to major employment hubs such as Downtown, Mission Valley UTC,and Kearny Mesa according to Walker & Dunlop.
