Hernandez Development has announced the completion of Carol Stream Self Storage, a newly constructed 71,510-square-foot, Class A self-storage facility located at 27W010 North Avenue in Carol Stream, Illinois. Strategically designed to address increasing storage demands across DuPage County, this state-of-the-art property marks a significant addition to the company’s expanding portfolio.
The three-story facility includes 625 climate-controlled units, highlighted by 36 drive-up accessible units. With its prime location offering high visibility along North Avenue—exposed to over 38,000 vehicles per day—the property provides convenient access for both residential and commercial users.
