RockFarmer Properties has recently signed two new long-term leases at Heritage Tower, a mixed-use office building located at 82-11 37th Ave in Jackson Heights. The total combined space leased is 11,199 square feet, bringing the building to an impressive occupancy rate of 95%.
The first lease was signed by Wonder Group, a food delivery startup that recently acquired Blue Apron for $103 million. They will be occupying ground floor retail space totaling 4,419 square feet for the next ten years and plan to expand their presence across New York City by opening more locations in the year 2024.
Representing ownership were Benjamin Weiner and Christopher Walther of RIPCO Real Estate along with Kostas Koutsothanasis from RockFarmer. On behalf of Wonder Group were Jon Paul Pirraglia and Dilon Ross Fabisch from RIPCO.
In another transaction within Heritage Tower’s ninth floor executive office space totaling6 ,780 square feet was leased out to Bleuler Psychotherapy Center Inc., who relocated from their previous location on37-61 -72nd St. This lease also spans over ten years.
