The Feil Organization, a national real estate investment firm, has appointed Henry Korzec as the associate director of commercial leasing. In this role, Korzec will focus on enhancing leasing efforts for Feil’s New York City office portfolio.
Andrew Wiener, head of commercial leasing at the Feil Organization expressed his excitement in welcoming Henry to the team: “We are witnessing increased activity across our New York City portfolio and we are thrilled to have Henry join us at this time.” Korzec brings with him extensive experience from his previous roles as senior advisor for Raise Commercial Real Estate NYC and business development associate at Cushman & Wakefield where he successfully sourced and serviced more than 200,000 square feet of transactions.
