Henderson M Resort Invests $200M in Expansion Project

Henderson’s M Resort is embarking on a $206 million expansion project, set to nearly double the number of hotel rooms available. The resort will add a second tower with 384 rooms, bringing the total to 774 luxurious accommodations. Along with increased room capacity, there will be an expanded meeting space and updated amenities. Exciting local partnerships are also in the works and will be announced in future updates.

The M Resort Spa Casino boasts Forbes Four-Star status and sits on over 90 acres at St. Rose Parkway and Las Vegas Boulevard’s southeast corner. Construction for this impressive expansion is estimated to take approximately 18 months, with an expected opening date of summer 2025.
