SRS Real Estate Partners recently closed a significant sale-leaseback deal for a 33,764-square-foot building located at 160 N. Stephanie Street in Henderson. The property, built in 2001, is currently undergoing renovations to serve as the corporate headquarters for Green Valley Grocery. With its first store opening in 1978 and plans to expand to over 100 locations by 2025, Green Valley Grocery has established itself as a successful business.
The seller was represented by Chuck Klein of SRS Capital Markets while the buyer, a private investor from California completing a tax-deferred exchange (1031 exchange), was represented by Brian Riffel of Colliers International.
