**Henderson Greenlights $50 Million Lifestyle and Entertainment Destination**

The City of Henderson has unanimously approved the development of The Cliff, a $50 million open-air lifestyle and entertainment destination set to transform ten acres of underutilized office space at 2500–2550 Paseo Verde Parkway in Green Valley Ranch.

Leading the development are Partners Capital and CNR Retail, which acquired the site in 2023 for $17.25 million. AO Architects is serving as the lead architect for the project.

The Cliff is designed as a pedestrian-friendly campus that blends retail, culinary, and hospitality experiences. Replacing outdated office structures, the development will feature landscaped courtyards, breezeways, public art installations, live music venues, and a central kiosk village named “The Yard.”

The new destination will host a dynamic mix of emerging retailers, independent boutiques, and chef-driven restaurants — many of which will be making their debut in Southern Nevada.

The development is projected to bring substantial economic benefits to the region, including:

– Creation of nearly 1,000 local jobs through construction and ongoing operations
– An estimated $100 million contribution to the local GDP
– The establishment of Henderson’s first new Class A retail destination in over two decades

The Cliff is set to redefine the lifestyle and retail landscape in Henderson, creating a vibrant community hub in the heart of Green Valley Ranch.
