Kennedy Wilson Brokerage arranged the sale of a prime office asset located at 11000 Eucalyptus St. in Rancho Cucamonga for $22,250,000. The 127,000-square-foot building will soon be occupied by San Antonio Regional Hospital as medical office space – an Upland-based regional healthcare provider.
SVP Gary Goodgame, EVP Jeremy Dee and associate Max Browne represented the seller Mercury Casualty Company with whom they have had a long standing relationship while SVP Graham Gille from The Hoffman Company represented the buyer.
Goodgame commented on this transaction saying “This sale demonstrates the ongoing trend of large offices being converted to medical use” He went on to say that “Mercury made a strategic decision to sell what many consider is an iconic building in Rancho Cucamonga which will be invaluable for San Antonio Regional Hospital – whose presence is beneficial for its local community”
