Mark Hefner, Senior Vice President of Investments at Marcus & Millichap’s Sacramento office, successfully facilitated the sale of Snowline Engineering’s headquarters for $5,350,000. The 33,183-square-foot industrial property is located at 4261 Business Dr. in Cameron Park.
Hefner represented the seller, Reynolds Family Trust and also advised both parties alongside David Campbell from Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation. The strategic plan to sell the real estate and secure a long-term leaseback on favorable terms was executed by Hefner on behalf of his clients who owned both Snowline Engineering and its real estate.
The competitive bidding process led to eight genuine offers with Can-Windoor Hardware USA LLC emerging as the successful bidder. This acquisition marks their first venture into U.S commercial real estate market.
