**HCB Realty Partners Facilitates 52,000-SF Lease at Former Caterpillar Facility in Joliet**
HCB Realty Partners has successfully completed a 52,000-square-foot lease at 2700 McDonough Street in Joliet, Illinois.
Brian Etten of HCB Realty represented The Brothers Pallet in the lease transaction at the 624,000-square-foot industrial facility, previously a Caterpillar manufacturing plant. Representing the property ownership were Shamus Conneely and Chris Condon of John Green Real Estate.
This lease marks the second Chicagoland location for The Brothers Pallet as the company expands its regional presence. Originally constructed in 1969, the building has been repurposed for modern manufacturing and distribution uses and currently hosts a variety of tenants.
The leased unit includes key features such as 24-foot clear height ceilings, six dock doors, and abundant trailer parking. Overall, the facility offers 43 docks, ceiling clear heights ranging from 20 to 28 feet, expansive bay sizes, and extensive storage and trailer parking capacity. Other tenants in the facility include Rehrig Penn Logistics, Inc. and Jeep Transport, LLC.
