**Equus Capital Partners Sells Reserve at Bridford in Greensboro for $41.5M**
Equus Capital Partners has completed the sale of the Reserve at Bridford apartment community in Greensboro, North Carolina, for $41.5 million. The buyer, Hawthorne Residential Partners, is the second-largest apartment management company in the Triad region, overseeing 6,744 units across 32 properties, according to the Triad Business Journal.
The Reserve at Bridford consists of 19 two-story garden-style buildings situated on a 22-acre site at 1402 Bridford Parkway in southwest Greensboro, near the Jamestown border. The property is located just off the Wendover Avenue exit from Interstate 73.
Community amenities include a resort-style swimming pool with sundeck, a 24-hour fitness center, resident lounge with complimentary Wi-Fi, outdoor kitchen with a gas grilling station, picnic areas, a playground, and a tennis court equipped with pickleball lines and a perimeter track. Additional features for residents include a dog park, car care center, package lockers, garages, and storage units.
This acquisition further strengthens Hawthorne Residential Partners’ presence in the Triad market.
