"Harvard Investments Acquires King Ranch from Goodyear"

Harvard Investments, a prominent real estate company, has expanded its presence in Goodyear with the recent acquisition of King Ranch, a 1,864-acre master-planned community. This $22 million purchase adds to Harvard’s existing portfolio in the area which includes Estrella and FirstStreet Ballpark Village.

The transaction was reported by Arizona Big Media and marks another significant investment for Harvard in Goodyear. The land was previously owned by HE Capital KR LLC for 15 years but remained undeveloped until now.

With this latest addition to their portfolio, Harvard continues to solidify its position as a major player in the Goodyear real estate market. The company also has plans for further development with projects such as Goodyear AirPark currently underway through partnership with Lincoln Property Company on adjacent land near Phoenix-Goodyear Airport.
