**Harrison Street Achieves Milestone with Hyperscale Pre-Leasing at PowerHouse Arcola**

Chicago-based Harrison Street Asset Management (HSAM) has announced the execution of two long-term hyperscale pre-leases at its PowerHouse Arcola campus, located in Loudoun County, Virginia.

This achievement marks a significant milestone for HSAM’s digital investment platform, which has now secured over 4 million square feet of hyperscale leasing across 18 leases and eight campuses. The PowerHouse Arcola development is positioned advantageously near dense fiber networks, robust utility infrastructure, and major interconnection hubs. The 37-acre campus will feature two two-story data center buildings totaling approximately 615,000 square feet, designed to support up to 120 megawatts of utility capacity.

“PowerHouse Arcola underscores the continued expansion of our digital investment platform across highly supply-constrained data center markets globally,” said Michael Borchetta, Co-Head of the North America Transactions Group at HSAM.

Since 2018, Harrison Street’s digital strategy has committed more than $6.5 billion to investments in powered shells, carrier hotels, colocation sites, and dark fiber platforms. The firm also recently launched the Harrison Street Infrastructure Active ETF (NFRX), its first exchange-traded fund.
