**Harris Teeter to Anchor Planned Fort Mill Retail Center**

A 61,000-square-foot Harris Teeter supermarket has been announced as the anchor tenant of a new retail development in Fort Mill, South Carolina. Named Catawba Ridge Market, the shopping center is scheduled to open in 2027 and is being developed by Aston Properties.

In addition to the Harris Teeter, Catawba Ridge Market will feature 20,000 square feet of retail space across two separate buildings, along with six or seven outparcels. The development will offer a mix of shopping, dining, and other service-based businesses, aimed at serving the growing Fort Mill community.

The retail center will be located on a 40-acre parcel near the intersection of Fort Mill Parkway and Doby’s Bridge Road, just south of Fort Mill and in close proximity to Catawba Ridge High School. Approximately half of the total acreage will be developed for the retail project, with plans for a separate, future development on the remaining acreage still in the works.

Leasing for the project is being handled by Lauren Hansen of Aston Properties.

Elsewhere, Aston Properties is also developing West Lake Village in Lake Wylie, another retail project anchored by Harris Teeter.
