HARIBO Leases New, Larger Space in Kenosha for Expansion

HARIBO, the world’s leading producer of gummi products, has announced its expansion to a larger facility in Kenosha County. HSA Commercial successfully secured a full-building lease for HARIBO at Bristol Highlands Commerce Center East, a 68-acre industrial park in Bristol, Wisconsin.

The new location is conveniently situated near Interstate 94 and the Wisconsin-Illinois border. This deal marks the largest industrial lease executed in Southeast Wisconsin last quarter with an impressive 447,216 square feet. Currently occupying Building 1 at Bristol Highlands Commerce Center East (157,656 square feet), HARIBO will soon move its warehousing and distribution operations to Building 3 (located at 9403-136th Avenue) upon completion of interior buildout.

“This expansion further demonstrates the appeal of the I-94 corridor which has attracted numerous speculative industrial developments,” stated Robert Smietana , President and CEO of HSA Commercial Real Estate.
