El Gran Pollo, a locally-owned Peruvian restaurant, has chosen Bel Air Plaza in Bel Air as the location for its first establishment in Harford County. This will be their sixth location within the greater Baltimore metropolitan area.
The owner, Walter Chavez, has signed a lease with Hill Management Services Inc. for 2,520 square feet of space at Bel Air Plaza. The shopping center is 160,000 square feet and includes popular retailers such as ALDI and La-Z-Boy along with other businesses like Starbucks Coffee and Value City Furniture. Danielle Bridge from Hill Management Services represented the landlord during this transaction.
Bel Air Plaza is currently fully leased and offers a diverse mix of over 20 restaurants including El Gran Pollo’s newest addition to their chain of locations in Baltimore County (Owings Mills,Pikesville,Owings Mills Reisterstown,and Towson). Additionally,the plaza also features various retailers , healthcare groups ,and professional service providers .
