MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC recently facilitated the sale of 5410 Indian Head Highway, a three-story office building located in the Oxon Hill area of Prince George’s County, Maryland. The property was sold for $2.3 million.
The previous owner, Indian Head Assets, acquired the building through an auction earlier this year and subsequently enlisted MacKenzie Commercial as their exclusive sales broker. David McClatchy, Senior Vice President and Principal at MacKenzie Commercial handled the transaction. After just 90 days on the market with MacKenzie’s representation, Harborview Properties purchased the asset which was approximately 95% vacant.
Harborview Properties is part of Harborview Dental Associates – a specialty-group dental practice that offers general dentistry services as well as orthodontics and oral and maxillofacial surgery. Indian Head Assets is a partnership based in Baltimore that focuses on investing in foreclosed commercial properties such as offices buildings retail spaces and land parcels.
