Harbor Capital has recently acquired the Corbin Industrial Park in Denton, a 606,911-square-foot industrial campus consisting of 20 buildings. The portfolio was sold by Mar-Properties.
According to Commercial Edge, Argentic Investment Management provided a $38.7 million loan for the acquisition. Nineteen Blocks served as the equity placement partner and Newmark Capital Markets sourced the debt. Frazier Commercial Real Estate facilitated the deal and will continue to manage leasing efforts.
The Class B campus was built in two phases – one in 2005 and another in 2014 – with an average building size of 30,346 square feet. The buildings feature maximum clear heights of up to 24 feet, dock-high loading doors and drive-in doors, as well as ample parking space with over 700 spots available on site. Additionally, there is outdoor storage space for industrial use.
Located at Shelby Lane at close proximity to Interstate-35W and less than two miles from Denton Enterprise Airport,the property offers convenient access for transportation needs.The downtown area of Fort Worth is only about a half-hour drive away while DFW International Airport can be reached within approximately thirty minutes.
