The project, described as a Class A development, is positioned to serve modern industrial users entering or expanding within this established logistics corridor.
The rear-load building is designed with a 36-foot clear height, offering tenants the vertical capacity needed for contemporary racking and distribution operations. The property also includes 51 dock doors, providing significant loading capacity aimed at supporting high-throughput warehouse and logistics activity. Together, these specifications underscore a functional layout geared toward efficiency for a range of industrial occupiers.
Cushman & Wakefield has been tapped to lead leasing efforts for the project. The team of Hunter Kessell, Gerry Blinebury and Collin Potter is marketing the property to potential users and coordinating tenant outreach. Design responsibilities for Savage Road were handled by Ware Malcomb, which served as architect for the development.
Located at 770 Savage Road in Northampton, Pennsylvania, the property is described as strategically situated with access to the Port of New York and New Jersey. This location connects the facility to East Coast import channels and major population centers, aligning with the logistics profile that has driven sustained investor and occupier interest in the broader Lehigh Valley market.
