North Signal Capital LLC and a private family office have announced the full lease up of 1014 NP Venture LLC’s 127,199-square-foot Class A facility at 1014 Northpointe Industrial Boulevard in Hanahan, SC. The new tenants include Concept Packaging, Bulldog Hiway Express, C&C Warehouse and Bedra. The building features tilt-up concrete construction with 32 foot clear height ceilings as well as ESFR sprinkler systems and LED lighting.
Bridge Commercial represented the Joint Venture in this transaction with President Peter Fennelly leading the team alongside Simons Johnson, Hagood Morrison Will Crowell and John Beam. “1014 Northpointe is an ideal example of what is currently highly sought after in Charleston markets – Class A buildings that cater to tenants needing smaller spaces,” said Fennelly “We anticipate these businesses will remain here for many years to come.”
