**Hammes Partners Acquires Fully Leased Milwaukee Medical Office Building**
CBRE has facilitated the sale of Tosa Health Center, a 100,977-square-foot Class A medical office building located at 1155 N. Mayfair Road in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. The property was purchased by Hammes Partners, a leading institutional investment management firm specializing in U.S. healthcare real estate.
The CBRE U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets team, led by Chris Bodnar, Brannan Knott, Mindy Berman, Zack Holderman, Cole Reethof, Trent Jemmett, and Jesse Greshin, collaborated with Devin Tessmer from CBRE’s Milwaukee Advisory and Transaction team to represent the seller exclusively.
The three-story facility is fully leased to the Medical College of Wisconsin. “Hammes and the Medical College of Wisconsin have a long-standing relationship, and this was an opportunity for Hammes to partner with MCW on a strategic Class A medical facility,” said Brannan Knott, Executive Vice President with CBRE’s U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets practice.
