Hamilton Zanze Acquires Kansas City Apartment Building - SEO Friendly

Hamilton Zanze, a real estate investment company based in San Francisco, has recently acquired Crossroads Westside, a 222-unit apartment complex located in downtown Kansas City, Missouri. The property will now be managed by Mission Rock Residential, an affiliate of Hamilton Zanze. This marks the fourth acquisition for Hamilton Zanze in 2024.

According to David Nelson, President and Chief Investment Officer at Hamilton Zanze: “We are thrilled to expand our presence in the Kansas City area with the purchase of Crossroads Westside. Our existing properties in this market have been top performers and we anticipate that Crossroads Westside will continue this trend due to its strong cash yield above market rates and resilient resident base. Additionally, Mission Rock’s institutional property management practices will further enhance its success.”

Located at 601 Avenida Cesar E Chavez and built just three years ago (in 2018), Crossroads Westside offers one- and two-bedroom apartments for rent.
